Preserve — Consumer Health Data Notice
Last Updated: 2026-06-26 Applies to: residents of US states with consumer-health-data laws, including Washington (My Health My Data Act), Nevada, and Connecticut.
Preserve, operated by Fulltech Consulting Inc. (“Preserve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), helps you track your health routine while using a GLP-1 medication. This notice explains the consumer health data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Consumer health data we collect
You provide this directly by logging it in the app:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Body metrics | weight, body measurements, weight-trend history |
| Medication | medication name/molecule, dose, route, schedule, dose history, injection site, and any symptoms or side effects you log |
| Nutrition | meals, protein/calorie/macro intake, water, and meal photos or descriptions you submit for analysis |
| Activity | strength-training sessions |
| Derived signals | progress trends and muscle-preservation “signals” computed from the above |
| Identifiers | your account email and a user ID used to associate the above with your account |
We do not collect precise location, contacts, browsing history, or biometric identifiers, and we do not use advertising trackers or data brokers.
2. Why we collect it
- To provide the core service: your targets, trends, history, reminders, and progress.
- To sync your data across your devices and keep it available offline.
- To analyze the meal photos or descriptions you submit so we can estimate nutrition.
- To operate, secure, and debug the app (anonymous diagnostics only — see Section 4).
We do not use your consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary for the service to function, with vendors acting as our processors under contract — never with data brokers or advertisers:
| Recipient | What they receive | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | your account and logged health data (encrypted in transit and at rest) | database, authentication, sync backend |
| PowerSync | the same synced data | device-to-server sync |
| Google (Gemini) | the meal photos/descriptions you submit (processed, not stored by us) | AI nutrition estimation |
| FatSecret | food search text / barcodes (not linked to your identity) | food database lookups |
| RevenueCat / Apple | subscription status and a user ID (no health data) | billing |
| Sentry | anonymous crash diagnostics, with health fields scrubbed | stability monitoring |
| PostHog | coarse product-usage events with no health values | product analytics |
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your consumer health data.
- We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Our diagnostics and analytics are engineered so health values and free text cannot be transmitted.
5. Your rights and choices
- Access / copy. Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@getpreserve.app.
- Withdraw consent. Stop logging data at any time, revoke camera or photo-library permission in your device settings, and contact us to withdraw consent for processing.
- Delete. Delete your account and all associated data in the app via Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion at privacy@getpreserve.app. Deletion removes your logged health data from our systems.
- List of recipients. Request the list of third parties to whom we have disclosed your consumer health data (the categories of recipient are described in Section 3).
- No discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Appeal. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@getpreserve.app. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
6. Consent
By creating an account and logging data, you consent to the collection and use of your consumer health data as described here. Where a specific law requires separate opt-in consent before we collect consumer health data that is not necessary to provide a feature you requested, we will request that consent first. Where a law requires separate opt-in consent before we share a category of consumer health data, we will request it before that sharing occurs.
7. Contact
- Privacy: privacy@getpreserve.app
For postal correspondence, please contact us by email first and we will provide a mailing address on request. To protect your data, we may first verify your identity and ask you to describe your request in enough detail for us to respond. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
