Preserve — Consumer Health Data Notice

Preserve, operated by Fulltech Consulting Inc. (“Preserve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), helps you track your health routine while using a GLP-1 medication. This notice explains the consumer health data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Consumer health data we collect

You provide this directly by logging it in the app:

We do not use your consumer health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary for the service to function, with vendors acting as our processors under contract — never with data brokers or advertisers:

By creating an account and logging data, you consent to the collection and use of your consumer health data as described here. Where a specific law requires separate opt-in consent before we collect consumer health data that is not necessary to provide a feature you requested, we will request that consent first. Where a law requires separate opt-in consent before we share a category of consumer health data, we will request it before that sharing occurs.

To protect your data, we may first verify your identity and ask you to describe your request in enough detail for us to respond. We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law.
